Who wins

  1. 01

    You, the owner

Your company continues under your name. Sell all or part, stay involved or step back. Your choice.

  2. 02

    Your team and next leader

The work gets lighter where it is heavy or repetitive. The next leader grows into the role with us beside them.

  3. 03

    Your customers

The same people and the same quality, with more capacity. Shorter lead times and room for new orders.

Majority or minority

We take a majority or a minority stake. You decide your role; we bring capital, technology and hands-on operating support.

Thesis

Why now

450,000

European businesses, together employing 2 million people, change hands every year. Up to 150,000 of those transfers fail.

European Commission, Business Dynamics study (2011)

01 · Europe needs its SMEsEurope's industrial strength sits in companies most people have never heard of.

Small and mid-sized companies make most of what Europe builds and keep most of its people at work. Many of the best are run by owners who started them thirty or forty years ago. The companies are healthy; what they lack is a plan for the next thirty.

02 · Skilled people are getting scarceThe constraint is no longer demand. It is hands and know-how.

The orders are there. The people to deliver them are harder to find every year, and the ones who know the work best are retiring. Hiring alone will not close that gap.

03 · Many owners have no successorA life’s work deserves a better answer than the highest bid.

Children choose other paths, managers lack the capital, and the usual buyers optimise for the next exit. Too many good companies end up sold to the highest bidder, or simply close.

04 · The technology is ready; applying it is hardTechnology only matters when someone does the work of making it fit.

Robotics and AI have matured faster than most companies can absorb them. The hard part is not the software but knowing where it helps, and doing the work to make it fit.

How we work

From first conversation to plan in 2 to 4 weeks.

2–4weeks
from first conversation to plan

  1. We listen to your story and your plans.

  2. We walk the floor and get to know your people.

  3. Where is the repetitive, heavy and hard-to-staff work?

  4. A clear proposal: majority or minority, your role and ours.

  5. A concrete plan at your pace. Stay involved or step back.

How AI works inside the business

Where the work is repetitive, heavy or hard to staff.

In production, that can mean robotics. In every company, it means AI in planning, quoting, scheduling and administration. We start where it helps most, and earn the right to do more.

  • More capacity with the same team
  • Room for new orders
