This statement explains what personal data Seeve processes when you visit seeve.ai or contact us, and what your rights are.

   Who we are

   Seeve is responsible for the processing described here. You can send questions about privacy to friso@seeve.ai.

   What we process

   When you visit the website, we process no data that identifies you: we use no cookies, analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider processes technical data (such as IP address, browser and requested page) in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure. When you email us, we process your name, your email address and whatever you choose to share.

   Why we do this

   To answer your message and, if you want, to continue the conversation (legitimate interest, or steps prior to a contract). To keep the website running and secure (legitimate interest).

   Who we share data with

   Vercel (website hosting) and Google (Google Workspace, our email). Both process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Data may be processed outside the EU; if so, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell data or share it for marketing.

   How long we keep data

   We keep emails for as long as the conversation and any follow-up need them, and delete them afterwards. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short period.

   Your rights

   You can ask us to access, correct, delete or transfer your data, and you can object to or ask us to restrict the processing. Email us; we respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

   Changes

   We may update this statement. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
