Who is Seeve?
Seeve is the partner that sets up focus clinics, together with medical specialists and for the long term. Seeve was founded by entrepreneurs Friso, Maarten and Joost, who have built and scaled international software companies before and now bring that experience to healthcare.
Can I start alongside my work in the hospital?
Yes. By agreement you can start part-time and grow your role in the clinic step by step.
What exactly does Seeve take care of?
Everything around the care: property and fit-out, the investment, the licence, the agreements with health insurers, the systems and the back office. You focus on the care pathway, your team and your patients.
How much time does setting up a clinic take?
Most of the organising is done by Seeve. Your time goes mainly to the care pathway and the team. Count on about one day a week during the start-up. The clinic can then be live within six weeks.
Who decides on the medical side?
You do. The care pathway, the quality and the medical choices lie with the specialist. Seeve does not decide on treatments. You are the face of the clinic and give medical leadership to the team. Seeve handles the care administration and the business operations: from intake, scheduling and billing to licensing, staff and finances.
What does the start look like?
We start with an exploratory conversation about your field and patient group. Then we show how a focus clinic runs in practice and together sketch a first care pathway, team and business case. Seeve brings a blueprint for the clinic and a playbook per domain, from care pathway and licence to records system, location and recruitment.
How is the clinic financed?
Seeve arranges the investment and the financing of the start-up. You bring the medical knowledge, your reputation and your network. How we shape the partnership is agreed with each specialist.
